What we do ?
Bare Board PCB Manufacturing & DFM
We plan to manufacture high-reliability Standard Multilayer and HDI PCBs tailored for critical applications across Automotive, Medical, Telecom, Aerospace, Defense, and Industrial sectors. Our factory will be equipped with advanced process lines to deliver consistent quality, tight tolerances, and global compliance.
To ensure manufacturability and reduce time-to-market, we would also offer Design for Manufacturability (DFM) support. Our engineering team works closely with customers to refine layouts, eliminate bottlenecks, and improve production yields enabling faster, smoother, and more cost-effective fabrication.
Semiconductor Testing Boards
We design and manufacture high-performance Semiconductor Testing Boards like probe cards, Load Boards, Burn-in Boards and Hi-fix Boards used by global semiconductor Fabs, OSATs, and ATMPs. These boards are engineered to handle high-frequency signals, fine-pitch probe interfaces, and demanding thermal environments.
Built to meet the exacting standards of the semiconductor industry, our test boards play a critical role in device validation, wafer-level testing, and final test processes ensuring reliable performance across advanced IC packaging technologies.

Mr. Sri Sathya Sai , is an entrepreneur, with varied business interests and investments. His investments, (controlling stakes) are in USA, India and Indonesia. The verticals being IT, Healthcare, Minerals and Public Infrastructure.
Suresh Jain
Mr. Suresh Jain is a seasoned serial entrepreneur with successful ventures across import-export trading, real estate, hospitality, and IT consultancy. With over 40 years of diverse business experience, he brings strong operational insight and a deep understanding of global trade dynamics. As one of the key promoters, Mr. Suresh Jain plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decisions, leveraging his experience in infrastructure development and international trade for long-term growth of the company
Bohyun Kim
Mr. Bohyun Kim is a globally respected technology consultant and executive with over 40 years of experience in PCB and FPCB manufacturing. Renowned for his expertise in rigid, flexible, and rigid-flex PCB production, he has successfully designed and established PCB plants in Korea, the US, China, and Vietnam.He began his career in 1985 as Production Manager at Korea Circuit Co., leading rigid PCB manufacturing. He later held key leadership roles, including Business Unit Head at Foxconn China and President/CTO of AT&S Korea. As the founder of ETEC and TOFIC (which later merged with AT&S Korea), Mr. Kim has consistently driven innovation in high-precision PCB technologies.Currently serving as President of HS Join Co., Ltd., he advises PCB facilities across Asia on productivity improvement and process optimization. A pioneer in ultra-thin copper foil, HDI, and high-frequency board technologies, Mr. Kim brings unmatched technical and operational expertise to the global PCB industry.
Ramesh Aravind
Mr. Ramesh Aravind, an Electronics and Communication Engineering graduate. In the past year, he has visited several advanced PCB manufacturing facilities in Japan and South Korea to study the HDI PCB production process. He is currently liaising with our technology partner, Ace Tech Circuits Co., Ltd., to implement these advanced manufacturing practices in India.

Lee Sun-Ho
Mr. Lee Sun-Ho has nearly four decades of experience in electroplating chemistry, HDI PCB manufacturing and automotive electronics quality systems. He held key leadership roles at Samsung Electro-Mechanics, DAP and Youngpoong Electronics, leading HDI plant setups, clean room systems, productivity improvements and automotive PCB qualification programs. He secured major OEM approvals (Hyundai Mobis, LG, Valeo, Apple) and led mass production of radar PCBs and Apple device substrates, with strong expertise in process automation and quality assurance.
Eun Kuk Choi
Eun Kuk Choi is a senior R&D and quality leader specializing in advanced PCB, FPCB, package substrates and Micro-LED technology. He has served as CTO and Quality Director at multiple KOSDAQ/KOSPI-listed manufacturers and as a principal researcher in PKG substrates and fine-pattern technologies (down to 10 µm). His career includes leadership in national R&D projects, Micro-LED HDI PCBs, 5G antenna FPCB and automotive/consumer electronics substrates, along with advisory roles in international technical committees and industry consortia.
Kim Beom-Seok
Mr Kim Beom Soek has over 30 years of experience in PCB, package substrate and semiconductor manufacturing technology, with senior leadership roles including CTO, R&D Center Head and Technology Division Head. He has led factory setups in Korea and China, overseen mass production, yield improvement and new business development, and managed large R&D organizations. His background spans Korea Circuit, Fast Print, Hyunwoo Industrial, and TLB, with deep expertise in PKG substrates, FPCB, and manufacturing innovation.
