Vayu is an upcoming India-based PCB manufacturer that will specialize in High-Density Interconnect (HDI) PCBs and Semiconductor Testing Boards, serving industries such as Automotive, Medical, Telecommunications, Industrial, Power, Consumer Electronics, Aerospace, and IoT.
All manufacturing technology, processes, and quality systems will be established in collaboration with our Korean technology partner, Ace Tech Circuit Co., Ltd, who already possesses fully operational world-class manufacturing facilities with advanced capabilities in HDI, advanced multilayer, and semiconductor test board production.
Until Vayu’s own Indian manufacturing facility becomes operational, all customer orders will be fully manufactured and delivered through our Korean technology partner, ensuring immediate access to high-end PCB production with global quality standards.
Co-Design & Co-Engineering
Vayu, together with its Korean technology partner, will provide comprehensive co-design and engineering support to OEM customers to achieve optimal balance between cost, manufacturability, and performance.Using advanced DFM/DFA tools such as Valor, the engineering team will optimize product designs before production, guaranteeing smooth manufacturability and shorter lead times.
These design and validation systems are already fully implemented at our Korean partner’s facilities, ensuring seamless project execution from day one.
Prototyping
Through our Korean technology partner’s rapid manufacturing lines, Vayu will offer Quick-Turn Prototyping services to global OEM customers.
Both manual and automated soldering processes will be available to meet specific product requirements and time constraints.Our partner’s existing infrastructure enables fast, accurate prototype production using the same high-end machinery and process controls applied in volume manufacturing.This ensures customers receive consistent, high-quality products from a facility that already meets the world’s most demanding standards in precision, automation, and process control.
PCB Fabrication
Vayu’s fabrication capabilities, enabled immediately through our Korean technology partner cover a full range of PCB types:
FR4, Flex/Flex-Rigid, Aluminum, Metal Core (MCPCB), HDI, High-Frequency, High-Tg, and Thick Copper PCBs.
Our core specialization will lie in HDI PCBs and Semiconductor Testing Boards designed for high-speed signal integrity, fine-line circuitry, and advanced packaging.Vayu’s PCB manufacturing will adhere to ISO and IPC standards and will be powered by the proven production technologies of our Korean partner.
At present, all fabrication and assembly activities including HDI PCB manufacturing and Semiconductor Test Board production will be executed entirely at our partner’s facility in South Korea. This ensures customers receive consistent, high-quality products from a facility that already meets the world’s most demanding standards in precision, automation, and process control.

System Integration and Test
All stages of manufacturing at our Korean partner’s facility are integrated into a unified system that emphasizes end-product performance, reliability, and traceability.Professional engineering teams conduct comprehensive thermal management, structural analysis, and IC programming to ensure perfect system integration.To support Design for Test (DFT) optimization, all designs are reviewed early in the process for functional and in-circuit test readiness.
Existing test capabilities at our Korean partner’s plant include:
• Visual Inspection by trained professionals
• Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
• Automated X-ray Inspection (AXI) for detecting hidden solder and via defects
• Laser Via Hole Inspection
• Line/space measuring M/C(3D,2D)
These same inspection systems and procedures will form the foundation of Vayu’s future quality control infrastructure in India.
Quality Control
Quality management is at the core of both Vayu and its Korean technology partner. Our partner’s facilities are already certified to ISO, UL, and RoHS standards and implement multi-stage in-process and post-process inspections to ensure zero-defect output. Defects, if any, are corrected immediately during the production phase, while to ensure reliability following test are done before packaging:

Supply Chain Management
Vayu’s Korean partner already operates a comprehensive global supply chain system, sourcing materials only from authorized and verified suppliers. Every component undergoes incoming quality inspection before entering production.
For long-term clients, component storage services are available in climate-controlled environments to preserve material integrity between production cycles.
Vayu will adopt and extend this proven supply chain management framework to its Indian operations to ensure smooth transition and reliability.
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Through our Korean technology partner, Vayu will immediately offer New Product Introduction (NPI) support to OEMs, converting innovative designs into manufacturable products rapidly and efficiently. From co-design, prototyping, testing and system integration, every stage will be executed at the partner’s existing advanced facility. This collaboration ensures first-time-right production, faster market entry, and higher ROI for our customers.
